Powering The Intelligent Evolution Of Enterprise Communication

High-performing organizations share a common trait; they communicate in ways that connect. Their stories attract customers, build trust with employees and keep teams aligned. But in many companies, top performers spend their time repeating the same presentation to different stakeholders. Whether it’s product demos, client onboarding or team training, this cycle of repetition drains energy and forces organizations to expand teams to cover the workload.

LOOV reinvents enterprise communication through its AI-powered video agent, transforming a top performer’s best live pitches and demos into automated, personalized presentations. This allows organizations to scale authentic, high-impact communication without sacrificing quality. The video agent can be deployed across marketing, customer success and internal enablement, so, knowledge can be shared once and accessed many times.

Creating an AI-powered presentation takes just a few steps. A client uploads a PDF of their existing presentation and the platform automatically builds the video agent’s script and visual assets. Once the client approves the content, it is instantly converted into a presentation delivered by a digital human, or, if preferred, a recorded webcam pitch from a real, top performer within the company. An intuitive interface means the presentation can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.

“By automating the optimal presentation every time, companies can cut the required effort while boosting performance,” says Uchida Masato, CEO.

That strain on employees repeating presentations was observed by Masato in his previous role as a company leader. His team conducted a survey that confirmed the issue and determined its scope. Seventy-nine percent of Japanese business professionals reported spending a significant part of their day repeating the same information.

LOOV’s video agent relieves that burden. Clients are already seeing measurable results. In sales, teams are able to cut human hours per deal by 48 percent while boosting average monthly conversions by 32 percent. In marketing, average monthly new-lead volume has grown by 78 percent, and customer success teams have reduced onboarding time per customer by 62 percent.
Reducing Creative and Technical Workload to Near Zero

With LOOV’s AI-powered Video Agent, personalization happens automatically.

Up to now, presenters have relied on explanatory videos or hand out PDF slide decks. But those approaches have clear limits. Static documents often go unread, and one-way videos cannot adapt to each viewer’s needs. Top performers, on the other hand, naturally tailor their presentations by first understanding the prospect’s situation. Without that adaptability, teams are forced to spend additional human hours on follow-up.

Video agent’s presentations actively adapt to each viewer. During presentation, the agent prompts viewers with simple questions, and their responses determine what appears next. This is made possible by built-in branching scenarios that adapt content flow in real time depending on the viewer’s pain points, role or industry. When a viewer’s responses and profile match the criteria set by the client, the platform automatically notifies the team. This ensures human effort is only directed to those who need additional explanation or whose roles require a more tailored response.

Most video platforms require users to decide on their own content structure. This can be a challenge for organizations without strong internal best practices. LOOV solves this by allowing its AI to optimize and automate the structure.

Authenticity and trust in the AI-driven communication is ensured by mirroring the rapport-building techniques of top human performers. If a viewer indicates a problem or question during the presentation, the video agent responds with empathy, encouraging engagement. Every viewer response and viewing log is tracked and stored at the backend, giving clients a reliable record of measurable interactions.

LOOV can also have the AI create the deck from scratch and automatically generate thumbnails for email outreach. This means both the technical and creative workload on the client’s side is reduced to almost zero. Website visitors or email campaign receivers can now get information in a human voice.

Clients consistently highlight LOOV’s radically simple user experience as one of its biggest strengths. With a background in sales, Masato understands that many sales professionals have
limited IT skills and little patience for complicated tools.

“Drawing on the experience of launching three previous products, I was uncompromising about simplicity from the very start of development,” says Masato.

This ease of use speeds up rollouts and adoption, helps build long-term partnerships, generates word-of-mouth referrals and supports LOOV’s growth in Japan’s highly competitive SaaS market.

Delivering Scalable, High-Impact Sales Enablement

LY Corporation, a leading technology company operating the spot-work matching platform ‘LINE Sukimani,’ partnered with LOOV to enhance the quality and efficiency of its sales enablement as it expanded nationwide. With more than 50 reselling partners and a growing direct-sales effort, LY Corporation needed a way to ensure consistent messaging and reduce the operational burden on its team.

There were several challenges. Each agency or individual representative had a different understanding of the service, making information sharing inconsistent. Accurate details often failed to reach frontline reps, creating a risk of miscommunication. Training sessions added to the strain, as content had to be tailored for each partner, a process the team could no longer sustain. At the same time, LY Corporation's own sales organization was under pressure to deliver the same explanation repeatedly to hundreds of prospective customers, a process that didn’t scale as demand grew.

To solve these challenges, LY Corporation adopted LOOV’s video agent. Today, both LY Corporation's internal sales team and its reseller network rely on the platform. Each reseller now uses the tool to distribute standardized, interactive presentations to their network of 2,000 to 3,000 client companies, while LINE’s own team deploys the same Video Agents in direct sales to ensure every customer receives a uniform, persuasive explanation. The company developed three types of Video Agents, one for pre-meeting introductions, one that replaces a full meeting and one for internal briefings.

The solution has enabled LY Corporation to maintain uniform, always-optimal sales messaging across both its direct and partner channels. Proposal preparation time, which previously took up to three hours per account, has been drastically reduced. Direct sales conversations are now more efficient, since prospects receive the core proposal in advance and live calls can focus on closing. Partner information management also become seamless with automated log of every viewing, allowing headquarters to instantly track which agencies have received which content and when. Plans are already underway to extend usage into customer success scenarios.

In another case, a SaaS vendor serving the restaurant industry experienced a dramatic boost in sales performance after adopting LOOV. Before the implementation, each sales representative could manage only about 40 qualified first meetings per month, limiting the pace of customer acquisition.

With LOOV’s video agent handling the routine portions of the sales cycle, including the standard opening pitch and post-call Q&A, human effort per prospect was reduced by more than 50 percent. This effectively doubled each salesperson’s capacity, allowing the team to engage with twice as many prospects.

Unlocking New Levels of Personalization and Productivity

LOOV is building on its current offering to create a next-generation solution using its accumulated expertise, knowledge and data—a real-time digital human known as ‘AI avatar’. Beyond interactive, recorded presentations, it can deliver live presentations that adapt instantly to each viewer. The avatar can also handle open-ended, free-text questions and respond with the most accurate and relevant answers.

This live AI avatar focuses on purposeful storytelling, guiding each viewer toward the next logical step or action. To make this possible, LOOV is training the system using the expertise of specialists in each field. For example, a former head of sales at Salesforce Japan has contributed insights to enhance the automation of sales presentations.

LOOV is also enhancing its capabilities to capture knowledge directly from live conversations. The next release will enable the AI to analyze online meetings on platforms like Zoom in real time and, within minutes of the call ending, automatically generate a fully tailored video agent based on the discussion. This means teams can turn a live client conversation into a polished, adaptive presentation without manual effort.

It is also introducing industry-specific versions of the platform. A clinic offering health-check packages could use a video agent that suggests relevant optional tests for each patient. An accounting firm could deploy one that delivers highly technical explanations while adjusting language and depth to match each client’s financial literacy. These sector-focused solutions will let organizations adopt LOOV with minimal customization while benefiting from the same adaptive intelligence as the AI avatar.

A key milestone in this strategy is partnering with major IT vendors and distributors. In Japan’s IT sector, where many manufacturers sell primarily through agents and resellers, enormous amount of time is spent training those partners’ sales teams on product details. Deploying LOOV’s video agent can eliminate much of that repetitive explanatory work, allowing staff to focus on higher-value activities such as relationship-building and strategic deals.

The rollout will begin with domestic industries whose value chains and business practices mirror this channel-centric approach. From there, LOOV plans to extend its reach across Asia, followed by North American and European markets, ensuring the platform’s adaptive intelligence and efficiency benefits are felt globally.

Automating the best of live, high-impact conversations into interactive, measurable experiences, LOOV equips organizations to engage more deeply, convert successfully, and scale their most valuable knowledge.
